If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, you can return it to us by mail.
Contact us first
If you’re unhappy with your purchase and you require a refund or replacement, you must contact us to let us know within 7 days of receiving the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please email us stating:
- your order number
- the email address used to pay for the item
- the issue with the item
We will send instructions, a reference number and the return address.
Return the item
Mail the item to us with this process:
Package your item securely. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Include a note Please write a note detailing which item(s) you are returning, quantity, and reason for return. You must include all the paperwork that was delivered with the item. Place in package with items being returned.
Write reference number on package When you email us, we will provide you with a reference number to place on the outside of the package. Please note, the return will not be accepted without this.
Email us the tracking information for your package once it has been mailed.
Wait for your creditWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be exchanged or refunded, and this will be noted in the item description on the product page. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a non-refundable item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
